THE SUDDEN APPEARANCE OF HOPE SELECTED FOR THE 2022 MIA DRAMA PITCHING FORUM

High concept thriller series, The Sudden Appearance of Hope, adapted from the novel by Claire North, is written by Veronica Gleeson, exec produced by Himesh Kar, and Olly Blackburn is directing and exec-producing. eOne is its distribution partner and Impact X is the development partner.

The series is one of fifteen projects selected by MIA Market for its 2022 Drama Co-Production Market & Pitching Forum.

The eighth edition will take place in Rome this October and the winner will be selected by an international Jury.
